TERRARIA PLAYER EDITOR v2.3

I heard from someone that they wanted to instead see a player info editor... so I made a simple little character editing tool.

Now, this will not let you change your health, just the common things: colors and names.

I just wanted to get this released but in the next update, I'll include world editing, so you can edit your world information as well (name, random info that i find in it, but nothing to help you progress in the game).
